This means your order will be brought directly into the room of your choice, with a scheduled appointment.

If you're outside the cities listed above, scheduled in-room delivery may not be available. In that case, your order will be shipped via:

Freight carrier (tailgate delivery) — your order will arrive on a wooden pallet and be delivered curbside or to your building entrance.

Small package carriers (like FedEx or Purolator), depending on the product size and availability.

Detailed Delivery Steps
A) Delivery-by-Appointment (Standard or In-Room)

Your order is prepared within 5 to 15 business days

Once shipped, you'll receive an email (without tracking). This means the shipment is en route to a local delivery partner — not directly to your address.

Transit to the local warehouse can take up to 10 business days, depending on your location.

Once received by the partner, they'll take 2 to 5 business days to check everything and contact you to schedule your delivery.

On delivery day, the team will arrive within the agreed window and:

Bring the items to your threshold, or
-
Into your room of choice, depending on your selected service

B) Freight Delivery with Tailgate Truck
(For areas without scheduled delivery service)

Your order is prepared in 5 to 15 business days

Once shipped, you'll receive a scheduling call

Delivery is done on a wooden pallet, via truck with a liftgate

The driver will not enter your home — items are delivered curbside or at your building entrance
