We deliver across the USA and Canada, with a few exceptions.
Shipping Regions
- Canada: We ship to all provinces except Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and Yukon.
- United States: Shipping excludes Alaska, American Samoa, Micronesia, Guam, Hawaii, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, and Armed Forces addresses (Americas, Europe, Pacific).

Most of our products are in stock and ready to ship from our Montreal distribution center. Perfect for upgrading your workspace!
Backorders
Some items may have longer lead times due to high demand. Don’t worry—our production is up and running, and we’ll keep you updated on estimated shipping timelines for these items. Check below for the latest shipping estimates.

- Shift Desk: 5–15 business days

Desks & Accessories (Scheduled Delivery Service)
- Desks + Accessories: 5–15 business days
Chairs & Stools (FedEx Delivery)
- YouToo Chair: 20 business days
- Small YouToo Chair: 20 business days
- Tilt Ergonomic Stool: 3–10 business days
Accessories Only (Courier: FedEx, Purolator, UPS, etc.)
- General Accessories: 3–5 business days
- Neat Filing Cabinet: 5–15 business days
Additional Information
- Combined Orders: Orders placed close together or accessories purchased with desks will ship together based on the desk’s timeline. This reduces our environmental impact.
- Multiple Shipments: Orders with both in-stock and backordered items may ship separately.
- Delivery Estimates: Transit times vary (2–10 days from shipping) and depend on your location. Tracking tools will provide real-time updates. If no tracking is available, we’ll call to arrange delivery at your convenience.

- Delivery delays after shipping are beyond our control as they depend on our courier partners.
- We work hard to meet or beat our delivery estimates and will notify you if we can ship your order earlier than expected.
