About the Almost Perfect collection
Can I see my Almost Perfect item before I buy it?
No, examples of imperfections are available on the product pages but do not necessarily represent the item you will receive. Since we have many items in stock, it is impossible for us to take pictures of each one of them. Almost Perfect items are sold as-is and are selected by our team at the distribution center.
What kind of defects should I expect my Almost Perfect product to have?
Our Almost Perfect section includes products that have either been returned from previous customers as part of our 30-day satisfaction warranty* or products that have incurred small defects during production or transport. Such defects include but are not limited to: scratches, dents on the surface or corners, the coloration of the wood may be slightly off from what’s shown on the website (wood can sometimes vary in finish. Not drastically, but hey, we have high standards!), the wood top may be slightly bent, or the pre-drilled holes may be slightly off (pre-drilled holes are under the desk and facilitate the installation).
*Our 30-day satisfaction warranty does not apply on any Almost Perfect products.
What is the return policy for Almost Perfect Items?
All products in our Almost Perfect selection are offered on final sale only. No exchanges or refunds will be accepted.
However, all Almost Perfect products are covered under the same warranty as our brand new products.
Are the imperfections of the Almost Perfect products very visible?
Almost Perfect products have minor imperfections, most of which are barely visible. But you should still expect your product to be perfectly imperfect. Go to the product page to see examples of an Almost Perfect product.
What is the warranty for Almost Perfect Items?
Almost Perfect products are sold as-is, but we guarantee that they will last over time (we don’t offer any imperfections that impact the stability or durability of our products). The regular warranty on sit-stand frames and electronics parts still applies.
What can I do if the height adjustable frame of my Almost Perfect desk is defective?
When purchasing an Almost Perfect desk, you still benefit from our regular warranty on the adjustable frame, which covers the electronic parts for a duration of 5 years. Simply contact us via email at info@ergonofis.com. Don't forget to send us pictures and/or videos of the problem and we will find a solution to ensure your desk is fully functional.
My product is not available in the Almost Perfect collection, when will it be available?
We add products to the Almost Perfect section every week. It is possible to subscribe to our newsletter and be notified when a specific product is back in stock. Simply click on the "notify me when available" button and select the product of your choice. As soon as it is back in stock, you will receive an email to notify you.
What are the lead times for Almost Perfect products?
Almost Perfect products are always in stock. They will be shipped within 5 to 15 business days following your online order.
Is the height adjustable frame of an Almost Perfect desk brand new?
All desks of the Almost Perfect selection have a new height adjustable frame.
