Is it difficult to install?

Not at all! Under ergonofis surfaces, simply screw the cable net into the pre-drilled holes. For other surfaces, screw in accordance with the installation template. Finally, slip all your wires between the cable net and the surface of the desk. 

If the pre-defined location isn't right for you, you can also set it up anywhere below the surface in the most convenient location for your desktop setup.

Is it only compatible with ergonofis desks?

No! The cable cover net can be installed under all types of desks in which it is possible to screw.
