My frame's legs are not evenly raising or lowering my desk
This issue can occur when the legs become decalibrated.
Simply lower your desk to its lowest point and keep holding the down arrow for an additional 3-5 seconds. This will recalibrate your frame's legs and resolve the issue.
Should this not fix the problem, please take a photo of the issue and email us at info@ergonofis.com
My handset is showing RST or AST
RST/AST indicates that the legs of your desk need to recalibrate. This can appear when there is a sudden, large change of weight on either side of the desk. It can also occur if there has been a power outage or if the desk lost power for any reason while in use.
Simply lower the desk as low as it can go and keep your finger on the down arrow button for 3-5 seconds once it has reached its lowest point.
Should this not resolve the issue or should you find that the desk does not respond when you press on the handset, please perform a reset of the desk by following these steps:
- Unplug the frame’s power cord from the wall outlet.
- Unplug the control box underneath the desk.
- Wait 30 seconds.
- Plug the control box back in.
- Plug the cord back into the wall.
Once the reset is done, re-attempt lowering the desk to its lowest point.
Should this not resolve the issue, please contact us at info@ergonofis.com for further assistance.
