Cancel or edit your order

If you would like to change products on your order, and it has not shipped yet, please send us an email at info@ergonofis.com with your order number + details about the products you want to change.

If you would like to cancel your order, please send us an email at info@ergonofis.com with your order number. We will process your cancellation request as quickly as possible.

If your order has not yet shipped, we will issue a full refund.

If it has shipped, a return shipping fee will apply to ship the item back to us (details here). Depending on your credit card provider, it may take up to 10 business days for your refund to be reflected on your balance.
